18th-century historic mansion with a private courtyard in central Bayeux
The Villa
Auxais Private Mansion offers a recently renovated three-bedroom villa housed in an 18th-century building. The property includes a private courtyard with parking for multiple cars, a sun terrace, and a backyard with century-old trees and a BBQ facility. Two Miele washing machines and a clothes dryer are available for guest use.
Kitchen & Living Space
The main living room has high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating around a large television. The fully equipped chef's kitchen contains brand-new appliances, ample cookware, and enough dishes and glassware to host a formal dinner. A wine decanter is set out for guests upon arrival.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom, newly remodeled with a shower and a bathtub in the master suite. All bedrooms are appointed with high-quality linens and comfortable beds. The villa offers enough space for up to two couples or a family to spread out across separate floors.
